Empirical natural-convection heat transfer coefficient.

NaturalConvection computes a natural-convection heat transfer coefficient using a simple Rayleigh-number power-law correlation. The coefficient changes depending on whether the estimated Rayleigh number is below or above the turbulent transition threshold.
